About your messages
The Dune Hawk form sends the developer the name, email address, subject and message you provide. This information is used to review your enquiry and reply.
Messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible through the site owner's private dashboard. Messages older than 90 days are deleted the next time a message is received or the message list is opened. The information is not published on the site.
A temporary counter using a hash of your IP address helps limit spam. The application does not save the original IP address in the message database. Cloudflare also processes technical data when serving the site.
The site has no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are loaded from this site. Your language choice is saved in your browser. After signing in to the admin dashboard, a technical session cookie is stored for up to 8 hours.
Do not send passwords, payment details or other confidential information. To request deletion of your message, use the form with the subject ‘Other’ and give the email address you used.
